I expect the most prominent part of his presentation will be the title "Confessions of a Patent Troll". Other than that I'm sure he's just getting back on his feet and entering the lecture scene once again. What better way to start off than to identify with a topic that is currently "hot" within his field of knowledge. The guy can't possibly give out any kind of information so, to me it's much ado about nothing. He's just trying to make a living again.
