You're a pretty smart guy. Are you trying to tell me that you believe that this extra money was paid to them because they did their own legal work?

I'm not arguing the BOD shouldn't be changed. I'm not arguing that they haven't given themselves compensation out of line with what they have earned - in my mind they definitely have, including this extra compensation that you have cited.

What I want to know is why Brian chose to attack them for the specific item I pointed out. I want to know what he was thinking and how he justifies that thinking.
