I have read most all of your posts, and I responded to the rebuttal you offerred (thank you). And hopefully my response was understandable. So we agree to disagree with regard to whether there is the remotest possibility of getting more money from the Js.

Now, explain where the Feb licensee dollars are. If there were any dollars absolutely expected, in any or an unknown amount, they'd have to be reported in some fashion.

And explain why TPL was anxious to change venue with the Ts, to the same court where they supposedly failed so miserably with the Js, dollar wise.

I could go on and on, at least 20 times. But ultimately we fall back to the same position - we agree to disagree. A day will come when all will be revealed. All clues can then be dismissed as BS, or a bunch of people are going to look real foolish for ignoring/dismissing them.

The interesting thing, IMO, about when that day comes, is that if I am wrong in my conjecture (which has ALWAYS been clearly identified as such), at least I will have demonstrated a level of optimism. But if the pessimists are wrong, there will be a question as to the motives for so vigorously ignoring/dismissing the clues I present. And rarely offering a viable explanation.
