Ron (and others) actually reported the opposite regarding the Markman - he (and others)were surprised at Cook's lackluster performance at the Markman hearing. Didn't really matter, Judge Ward seems to really know his stuff and we landed squarely on our feet with the results of the Markman. The proof was in the pudding so to speak.
