I have been waiting to read your theory. If you think that it may be booked by the end of this month that would be at the same time that S. no longer has any control of M&A. If we saw a great amount of money go into our coffers at that time it would mean that we have a good chance of a decent M&A. That would be nice--to say the least! I had also given some thought to your theory at one time. If you notice, Toshiba is now listed in the PR's by both TPL and PTSC as having licensed the MMP--it would make sense that the count is stilll out on the others. I have to agree that there is "something" going on that we will find out about at a later date-I like your theory. I just find it too hard to accept that TPL gave up after all that time---and that 3 experienced managers would somehow find themselves on the BOD of a pennystock IF there was not something solid to build upon. They did not come aboard until after the Markman, if I remember correctly. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and please do it more often. GL, ads
