lambert.....what u are saying is true but IMO PTSC may have done this. i have no proof but i can see the BOD agreeing to being removed from this piece of information for the protection of the NDA. i cant see what knowledge of the terms of the NDA would do for the BOD. IMO their was an issue with our then CEO and he was being being shown the door at the time of the NDA. there appears to have been no real plans in place on a m/a basis so this may have been viewed as "risk management" for TPL and PTSC may have agreed. this is all speculation of course, but i cant find anything that shows that PTSC has had or taken any involvement in the MMP other then revenue recognition. so for them to not know...makes sense to me. is it the right thing for a BOD to do? NO. but it does not mean they didnt do it either.
