Hi Steve,
I'm not sure why I am addressed in your header, but If the current situation is not the fault of management/bod, then who's fault is it????
Certainly not the retail shareholders.
You also say that when the stock goes lower look for smart money and insiders to load up. Is this not low enough? wasn't .20 or ,30 or .50? Most of the bod and RG made purchases this year at much higher prices. Does that qualify them as NOT smart money?
You are absolutely correct when it comes to individual profit or loss. That rests squarely on each shareholders back.
I trace the decline right to the secret ssettlement with the J-3. PTSC made noises like it was so earth shattering that it required secrecy. It was so enormous that even the BOD were prohibited from trading. At that time I posted, from the price action alone, it looked like PTSC capitualted. EVERYTHING that management has done, from refernces made in official releases to aquiring and promoting "new" companies reinforces that opinion. Even with German "certification" the market yawned. I would have thought the German market would be worth several hundred million dollars if everything was as said. I can't believe that I am more versed than the "street" and all of it's analysts in seeing the worth of Germany' court case. Therefore I have to believe I am wrong.
You are also right in that the price is so low right now, that any upward movement will represent a big % gain from here. I Hope all can profit from that if it happens.
Good Luck,
(I) C.W.
ps speaking of not believing...can you believe GE at $8.65????? In my thinking that is a screaming buy. But it is a good thing I don't make my living off the market, otherwise I would have been out of a job a long time ago.
