There's an old saying, "Penny Stocks are for tradging - not investing"

I also don't have a problem believing that there are a few day traders out there who bought in at .10 looking for a quick 5% or 10% gain and have sold because it didn't happen. The day traders golden rule is to sell "fast". It's the best strategy to preserve capital. We see this time and time again - the SP drops - a few buys come in - nothing happens and the SP drops even more.

If we get an announcement that a few German Companies have signed on and the SP starts dropping fast --- Well, we have a perfect explanation for that.
