When I pointed out that both purchases occurred within days of 10Q filings, they were both for 100,000 shares as well, rather than accepting that he may indeed have filed a purchase plan in compliance with SEC regulations, you reply about a perceived "secret signal" which incidentally I had absolutely no part in promulgating(more dirt?)about totally unrelated purchases.

You then continue, my bolding,
