It is not being sold as long as Moore isn't in the game. There is nothing to sell. There is a dipute between TPL and Moore over ownership. I don't think he will be willing to stay with TPL. IMO TPL and Moore are finished with each other. We have to agree to any sale and so does TPL, and Moore. We don't have the funds for greedy TPL demands, so they may be squeezed out in a who can last longer game. Bankrupacy on their part would void our agreements. Didn't we just find some additional financing? I wonder how much? Also, do investors have to vote on a sale of the MMP?
