TPL policy. It looks to me that it has passed the reexam request up to Jan. 30-2007. Currently, I believe, there have been two additional request made. One by Fish and Richardson, and one by White and Case. Who are apparently working for the plaintiffs in our current litigation.
It seems to me that since the KSR ruling the current trend is to site different combinations of prior art to make their challenges.
