I'm not sure I follow your logic. I would assume this new reexam request by HTC has got our side more than a bit PO'd. Wouldn't you agree that the settlemet amount may have increased on 5/29 when they made the reexam request? Or if not increased, our willingness to come down is greatly deminished?

What do you see as pushing them to settle? Yes, they didn't get an indefinite stay, but the PTO has not panned out the way everyone thought it would. Almost defies logic. I would assume HTC has gone all in now and is placing a huge bet that the PTO will continue to amaze us. Simplistic I know, but from what I've seen so far, perhaps a logical bet from their perspective.
