You amaze me.

You go on and on with all the hooplah about PTSC hiring Baroni's LLC that doesn't exist, doing a lot of investigating and reporting about it - to you that's a really big deal when, bottom line, they hired the person who, LLC issues aside, appears to have stellar credentials. You blasted Baroni and PTSC ad nauseum.

Then the issue of the true credentials of the PTSC-appointed Shareholders Representative (SR) returns, yet again, and all you can say is "read his posts"? I've read most of his posts, and I see nothing that would give the slightest indication that he has any legal training (his explanation of the purpose of an MOU comes to mind). But, per the PR issued by PTSC announcing his appointment he is a California Attorney, and he has an "esq." attached to his name. But nobody has ever found any evidence to support this claim. This would bring one to conclude that he mis-represented himself to the company and, by virtue of the PR he knew was to be issued, mis-represented himself to all shareholders. But apparently this is okay by you, and not worthy of discussion.

A little conflict here? Which issue is more alarming? Which issue is/was more worthy of discussion? Baroni, providing advise/aid to the company, or the Shareholders Representative who was supposed to be OUR VOICE to the company? Do we have any clue as to the Rep's credentials? The ONLY clue provided was that he, per the PR, is/was a "California Attorney". Per research at least as diligent as your's on Baroni's LLC, the "California Attorney" claim appears to have been bogus.

Amazing. On a level playing field, it would seem that you would be blasting away at PTSC for not doing appropriate DD on the SR as you insist PTSC should have done on Baroni's LLC. But here you are silent, and actually go out of your way to defend the apparently bogus claim.

And how could this issue be put to bed? Real simple, to the extreme. The former SR need only provide a shred of evidence to support the claim. This would relieve the credibility concerns on the former SR, and the credibility of the company - since it would appear they lied to us in a PR.

JMHOs,

SGE
