C'mon now BUSHleage, the BOD members purportedly have a pulse, are breathing, show up for meetings and make decisions. They've clearly met their obligations, and becuase of that, they are robustly qualified and desireable candidates for serving on the BOD of this litigous, forensic accouting and anethseliogy public practice.
