Let's get one thing clear, "bashing" is done for the designed purpose of driving down the shareprice so as one or a few can profit in one manner or another; on the other hand, 'constructive criticism' is offered with the intent to instigate change for the good so that ultimately the shareprice can rise in a sustatined manner so that all true investors/longs can make a profit. If you can't figure out which is which, and who is who by now, then I don't think I can help you.
