Why do you defend these people to the nth degree?

All anyone wants now is that they add industry experts to the BOD. Why would that be so wrong? 7 seats and 5 are taken. Fill out the remaining two with Industry experts in the industry we are competing in. Software and Healthcare.

There isn't much to talk about. Just do it.

I thought we were in the making money off the licensing industry business. That's what I'm all about. That's what I invested in before we were associated with all these other "start up" busininesses. Not knocking start-ups. But start ups cost money; I'm here to make money.

Apparently BOD's cost money also. Not only in their pay, but especially in their decision making, (or lack there of). I'm in it for the SP, (results/profit). The proof is in the pudding. I think that when the SP goes up, it will be despite the BOD; not because of it.
