I note several people referring to "when the re-exam cert is issued.....", as if that is going to happen at some point in the near future. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe we've had the NIRC, and that the re-exam cert HAS BEEN issued (a couple of weeks ago ?). I also believe that the content of the amended patent is available to the public. All we're waiting for now is the publication of the recert in the Gazettte - a formality. But I believe all the info is in place and has been in place to enable examiner action based on the amended claims of the '336.
