As far as I can tell there is no inclusion of the latest completed 4 prior reexamination included in this reexamination. There was an attempt to include them and it was disqualified in the SNQ’s. That is located in number 11-20 SNQ. 11-20 are disqualified in the current reexamination. They have allowed some similar material from the prior exam by rewording the reference to include them. To think of them together, verses separately. I think the exact parameters of the reexamination are getting confused by speculators providing mis-information. It is starting to get me confused now. Some people are saying in the future might include. This reexamination at the current time does not include the recently recertified 336. STOP IT.
