I think that we are on the same page here

The reexam cert was issued on 11/24 for control # 90/008237

Based on this fact and what is stated in Chapter 2200 section 2295, I drew my own conclusion that the examiner will be using the modified claims and will at some point use this certificate as a matter of record in the second (current) reexam file wrapper as a preliminary ammmendment.

Hasn't happend yet, however, I still believe that it very likely will. Only time will tell and if I am wrong then so be it.
