Jan 14 will be 60 days from the date (nov 14) when the patent owner could have responded to the granting of the reexam 90/009457.

As I was told by a USPTO supervisor in the art unit that is conducting the reexam, we might very well see a Non final office action or another NIRC (notice of intent to reissue certificate) around the 60 day time period.

Those who know how to check on the USPTO website, please keep checking the image file wrapper for updates this week. Hoping for that NIRC.
