When did ever say PTSC audits Alliacense? What I was saying is that Alliacense, TPL, PTSC and every other corporate entity has an accounting system, and that accounting system must be capable of being audited (that's why the mention of the IRS). And all corporate entities are atune to the penalties for accounting fraud.

Along these lines, the one management position I would never want if offerred is that of CFO. Believe it or not, I have turned down such an offer (albeit from a very small LLC). Why? If one of your underlings fouls up the accounting in some significant way, if anyone goes to jail, it's you (perhaps with the CEO in tow).
