I'd say at the least, they have $950K to do with patent litigation and licensing. Which PTSC do you think an infringer would be more willing to take on in court? One with $100M in the bank or one with $5M in the bank? To say that PTSC has nothing to do with patent litigation, on a patent porfolio that they own half of is off the mark. If they didn't have anything to do with it, they wouldn't be on the court paperwork. While I understand they don't prosecute the patents with the USPTO, Court, or in seeking licensing, they have EVERYTHING to do with the MMP in that they are at least half of a bankroll that funds ALL of those efforts, and as we see from the $950K loan, even more than that at times.
