Don't believe I ever said that or hinted that. I always thought the discussion was about strategy. What it should be? Who should decide it? Is it feasible to implement now?

People keep talking about a new BOD and at the same time talk about distributing all profits to shareholders. No thought given to whether a BOD is even needed for such a strategy. We want a new BOD aligned with the strategy. How do we do that? There is no agreement on the strategy. There's no agreement on who selects these new board members. And all of this assumes talented people are just lined up waiting to be invited to the PTSC board.

I am discontinuing this discussion, since it appears to have been a waste of my time.
