Or could it be that the 3 new licenses happened after the SHM where the BOD admitted they blew all our revenues on bad investments. They appologized yes, but they are still making the enlightened decisions with our revenue. The BOD is tied to our share price because they manage the revenues. No confidence, no volume on good news. No buyers, no sellers....no confidence on good news. The BOD steps down, competent BOD enters and the share price will rise IMO. We have very little power to remove them but IMO they are the anchor on our share price.
