CC....just an opinion as to why we go nowhere. not a new topic....but one that is releavant as to why we can report good news of revenue and a slight reconfirmation of our patents yet we trade down. You can talk of all the success recertification will have but that may not be the fuse that sets the stock price off upward. The stigma of the PTO has always been with the stock the day we began to seek compensation for our patents. Courts have and will always be part of a company that gains its revenue via patents. Not my opinion, just the way it is. You can check any company (ie: Rambus) and see that they spend a great deal of time in courts defending their patents.
PTSC stock shot up rapidly when we signed our first set of licenses (AMD, Intel, HP). Now check the stock price after the BOD declared dividends and we found out that Sony was given a gift. Been a steady decline. Now check the stock price after the inside group found out what the J3 settlement brought. Been a steady decline. The only consistent factor is we have the same BOD and this BOD even by their own admissions have not managed the company very well. When a company struggles for years to make a dime, then receive in a short 2 year period over $100,000,000 and in their latest 10Q have very little to show for it other than a 13 cent stock price....then the BOD is very releavant and should be the only focus of an investor. One must wonder what the current group in charge would do if with the next $100,000,000.
You can post 1 line jabs and talk of all the great things that this patent can bring to the company but the reality is the company is not attracting new investors. Patents are still basically the same and will always be under scrutiny. We sign licensee and yet we trade down with anemic volume. Just what is your opinion as to why we can bring revenue yet their is basically no retail interest in this stock? I would hope your insight goes deeper than BOD bashers.
