My thought in this connection: Those 70 companies are solid ptsc/tpl-customers behavingwith integrity and willing to carry out their duty. As soon as the 336 has gone through the final pto-examination these companies are the first to add it to their already purchased license(s).

So your logical thoughts are that some portion (and it sounds like a realatively large portion) of those 70 licensees have not actually licensed the '336 and are waiting for the PTO results so they can then pay higher fees for the '336 because they have integrity.. even tho every company has been stated to have purchased a Moore Microprocessor Patent™ Portfolio license.. which (the Portfolio) is stated to include the '336..?
