Hi Milestone,

LOL. That was fantastic how you parsed the 3 thoughts from three different places.

I liked that. However, don't we already pay an outside firm to do audits?

Maybe we should do away with the outside auditors. Remove Ms Felcyn from the board and pay her to do the audits. With her holding a million or so shares, it might be good for our bottem line lol. By the way, I think she is not only a nice person, she is concerned about her investment. Thank God for that. That alone does not call for a paying job that increases her holdings for accomplishing little that will help you and me, shareholders. I look at this only as a shareholder. I want to get off the dime. I want action. I'm sure she does too. This is good. If Baroni comes on board, I would like to have loyal unpaid shareholders on the board voting to insure our interests.

The welfare comes in, in each and every case when they are performing nothing to increase the bottem line from my perspective. If we don't have a software data exchange business or related areas, why do we need Mistry or Schrock. There is no justification for Dr. Falk , now, at this point. He like all of us has an interest in PTSC succeeding. Therefore, he is a big time shareholder/investor and should be treated as such but not a paid member of the BOD. There is nothing at all wrong with him being an unpaid /honorary BOD member because of his historical connection to PTSC history. Wouldn't you like to be on the inside at board meetings seeing what the board was coming up with and know how it was going to affect your shares? My vital concern at this point is to cut costs and stick with the core missions, MMP and PDSG.

If they could help get PDSG a gov't contract (like Baroni) or if they could perform duties to ensure PDS and TPL were truly above board or not ( like maybe Felcyn could and then we could take TPL to court in this area as well) in their transactions. Yes that would garner a YES vote from me in her case. I would be blasting anyone who said she should be removed but do we have faith in anything TPL is doing from her analysis. NO WAY. Are Mistry and Schrock helping PDSG succeed? I don't know.

I only know 3 things, (lol, maybe a few others, lol):

1. Johnson is involved with TPL, a core interest.

2. Flowers is performing his duties as Interim CEO and CFO. I think effectively.

3. Baroni, in the past got the previous CEO fired for mis management and is attempting to make PDSG a viable company along with the staff of PDSG. And by the by, if they don't get moving quick, they are history.

Thank you for the challenges. I wish you were an unpaid board member parsing the thoughts of paid Board Members.

Have a nice evening! and by all means be weller than me.
