What is she doing to enhance the mission of PTSC? I see no audits of TPL activities. I see no audits of PDS. Maybe if she could produce a few gotchas that PTSC could use in court against TPL she would be earning her pay.

Lamberts mentioned the significant pay allocated for the agreement with TPL in his most recent post, which she evidently was paid for. I think I need to spend my time reviewing this case along with Lamberts than checking out the SEC but maybe not.

By the way, that agreement may now be a problem. Maybe she could do something to get us out of this agreement and get us working exclusively with CM and another group of patent lawyers. She would then definitely be earning her pay.
