Read the letter again. The only "accusation" was a suggestion of "inappropriate behavior" either through gross ineptitude or possibly something more nefarious. Please provide valid alternative reasons for what has transpired, and not transpired, on the '336 re-exam. I mean, if what we suggested isn't the reason, there must be a more probable reason you have in mind. What is it? And again, are not our suggested reasons EXACTLY what any reasonable person would conclude considering the facts as we know them?
Or, per your continued rants and display of ignorance, perhaps you see nothing "inappropriate" in the handling of the '336. Really? Everything, in your opinion, is/was being handled as it should be? Per USPTO policy and statutory instruction? Per your wishes?
And what will you have to say if we see action on the '336 within the next few weeks?
It amazes me that so many criticize an action that accomplished the desired objective, exactly. Objective: direct attention by USPTO people capable of acting - from the top down. Done, at least to extent possible.
And I submit that if Bahr saw something inappropriate in our letter or in what we had to say, he would not have acted on it at all. He would have simply pressed the delete button, with absolutely no fear of reprecussions.
FWIW,
