nice reply... and we both agree the BOD is sub standard.. so the piont I was making is people want to piot to one person/enitity when their is issues... so the BOD is it..

granted if we take what you have said is true 55 million is squandered... was all of that the BODs fault... well the ARS crumbleing... all the BOD's fault?? what did we lose a few million thier... (yep all of eggs in one basket.....) but back then if they put it in a bank and got a small rate people would be complaining about that in Hindsight it is always easy....

Crossflo... The BOD hired a firm to help with the Merger... did that firm look @ the the crossflo products to see if it was ready for market... I am not sure... do you know it was it the BODs fault or the firm?? well you could argueing they hired the firm... so yes they are resposible...

once we again our stock price is due mostly to no income... IMHO this No income has caused other issues.. starin between PTSC/TPL ... (yep the agreement was poor & BODs fault,,,)
