There's an old saying that I'll clean up here: "If grandMA had (certain male parts), she'd be grandPA!"

We can say "if this, if that" all we want. The facts are the facts. The ONLY thing that has been consistent over the last 5 years is the certain members of the BOD that continue to tighten their hold on PTSC. They have been part and parcel to all of these events and decisions.

In fact, why isn't the MMP now rolling?! Is it because of the USPTO?! The Re-Exams, or because of the lawsuit with TPL? Hard to say anymore, but "IF" PTSC had pushed the TPL issues back when it seemed apparent to many bystanders that there were issues, INSTEAD of at the time the USPTO was FINALLY ruling in our favor on the '336, would that dispute now be behind us and would the MMP be rolling?

IFs, IFs, IFs. If this BOD had stepped down and replaced themselves with 3 different people, one who is a patent law / patent commercializing expert, one who is a secure data exchange software business expert, and one who is a financing / accounting expert with a record of success, ALL taking in payments in line with their performance rather than DOUBLE what some Fortune 100 company directors earn, would we be where we are today?

We'll never know.
