Actually
There needs to be a second "clock" and that one clock is on chip and the other is off and that each clock varies independantly.
It is impossioble that the Barco chips do not have clocks, furthermore as the clocks will vary based on the effect of environmental on the material it does not make sense that the chips do not vary.
So the question for Barco is do their chips have onlt one clock or if two, is the second clock timed by first ( slower clock) and if it is how can their chips acheive any reasonable speed.
This is all qute suspect, and my guess is that they are hoping to pull a fst one past Fogel who I believe is all too knowledgable based on his past experience with these matters.
