I do not yet subscribe to the underlying rationale of that theory, but the low license fees for some major named (and seemingly heavy user) licensees are a matter of record, and absent a sufficient explaination, that possibility it has to be considered.

One explanation that has gained a court date is that we were being ripped off. Who knows what side deals were made and or offered at our expense. The next Q will be an indicator of the extent that we were being short changed by our "Partner".
