What was the cause of action for this law suit? Did they file first just to get the venue they wanted? Even if we didn't tear the chip down before they filed against us, at this point dont you think that we would have reversed engineered the thing three times at least. If we knew it did not infringe we could have let them off by now in a secret settlement where all parties were satisfied. I am probably missing something ? Please let me know
