I recall a shareholders meeting where Swartz was asked about his ability to short. As I recall, his response was that he had never shorted PTSC stock and that he had no intentions of doing so.

In case my memory fails me, perhaps others recall this occurance. Perhaps it's in a meeting transcript?

So it becomes a question of whether you choose to believe. And perhaps the ramifications if it were later discovered that he had lied.
