If there is something wrong with the above statement, please explain why, otherwise your post is nonsensical. Since approved is highlighted, can we assume that you disagree that TPL approval is needed? Does that mean if PTSC should say something in a pr which TPL has told them not to say, then this would be OK as far as compliance with the Master Agreement?
