Not going to spend too much more time on this as you and others can look this up on the SEC sites just as easily as I can. I suggest you go look at compensation levels of other BOD's of other companies. For example, below is the Rambus Director Compensation chart. Additionally, as has been pointed out in the past, you can look at many Fortune 500 companies and find director compensation levels lower thatn that of PTSC. For Rambus, it appears as though their Audit Committee Chair receives $25K additional for his service in that capacity. I'm sure you'll find others that do get paid more, and others that don't, as well as boards that get paid more and others that are paid less.

Also, in your focus to argue your points, you may have missed the big picture point. It's not so much that they are being compensated in cash, or the levels of their compensation, or what it would cost to replace them with competent replacements. It's what we've gotten in return for that compensation from these particular stewards! Through just about any objective measure of performance, they are over paid, and they have long earned all of the criticism, and their exits, but they refuse to go. So in that instance, all of the compensation criticisms come into play.
