According to our latest court filings:

"Over 90 global electronics firms (including Intel, Sony, HP and others) have now licensed the Moore patents from TPL, and the four Asserted Patents have withstood over sixteen reexaminations."

The last HIGHEST disclosed number was over 85 though in the last Alliacense PR, it was reduced down to "over 80"! Now their filing LEGAL DOCUMENTS in court asserting that OVER 90 companies have licensed the MMP. Not only that, they're specifying "ELECTRONICS" firms. I'm not sure how Caterpillar qualifies as an electronices firm, but with a few of those type of companies sprinkled in, it's likley even higher than 91 licenses sold!

Will this be a surprise quarter with respect to revenues?

Considering PTSC's lack of consistency in its PR's and other disclosures, I suppose a legal document filed with the court in the most significant legal proceeding of the company's life should be the most reliable source of information.

Who cares to guess what the last quarter will reveal?!
