If licensing is proceeding now, perhaps that is a factor in PTSC's decision to have a physical shareholders meeting this time around. News that licensing is continuing with satisfactory results would certainly help to ease the tension and calm some nerves.

But why wouldn't TPL want this information made public in a more direct way?
