I think it is mainly because TPL has been asking “Chump Change” for the licenses and the infringing companies feel it “worth the wait” to see what happens at the Markman.

PTSC and TPL need to come up with a new strategy to deal with these lethargic companies, and put a cattle prod to their rear ends by asking for a lot more money.

These infringing companies have caused much loss of money to PTSC.

IMO PTSC must ask for Huge Settlements ALONG with yearly royalty payments.

Considering every government in the world uses the MMP, without these powerful patents we would be in the era of the 286 Computer!
