If you google Qualcomm and any one of the 13 identified companies in the ITC complaint....one will find numerous business relationships between them. Just scanning the PR's which link these companies and Qualcomm, and it reminds me of Arm and the J3. Qualcomm is providing chipsets, SoC solutions, wireless techand much more to these 13. I don't know if TPL is after Qualcomm but it sures looks like they will be heavily involved in the fray. good luck
