I also spoke with Cliff this week after he received my email a week earlier. My take away was the following, in my words:

1) He felt the situation with TPL could be better but it is what it is. We are in a contract with them which gave them a lot of the control BUT since that "settlement" we now have oversight on all MMP "business" which should help...

2) We have come this far and are positioned well with regard to our patents. To drop out know may not be best decision as we are close to final markman. As an investor there is great upside with our stock.... Not sure if that will be $ 2 a share as we have almost 400M share outstanding and that would equate to $ 800M value...

3) TPL has an opportunity to collect as well and should have strong interest in the out come of our patents. They have skin in the game and great potential in collecting $$$ but as always it appears they want more... DL is mdefinitly not the most honest and trsut worthy individual.

I've been in this stock for several years and I have too see it through as we come up on the "final" markman ruling RE 336. Hopefully that all goes well in driving up our SP as well as ITC moving quickly on what they hear from a positive markman ruling.
