To Board of Directors,
Please allow this email to communicate my dissatisfaction with Cliff Flowers as CEO. After publicly stating that PTSC was too risky for him to purchase any PTSC stock, the Board should have removed him. Considering his wages earned at PTSC, he could afford to show some confidence in his abilities and future potential of PTSC by purchasing a token amount of PTSC stock. In so doing, he would have at least some token “skin in the game” and be more aligned with shareholders.
In fact, the entire Board of Directors would be more empathetic to shareholder interests if they would purchase some PTSC stock on the open market. We should be on the same team. We should share the same interests. We should be supporting one another. Every member on the Board makes a generous salary and is well compensated for their work at PTSC. A small amount set aside to purchase PTSC stock on the open market would help in so many ways. Help put the Board on the same team as shareholders. Help the shareholders appreciate the Board. Considering tithing if you will.
Some of us purchased stock during past offerings. This helped support the company during very tough times. We seem to be starving whilst Board members continue to feast. That does not seem like we are on the same team. Do you think Cliff Flowers and the Board of Directors have the same interests as shareholders? Is there any concern for shareholders to be found at PTSC?
What would it take for us to get back on the same team and work to support one another? The first step is to find a competent, confident CEO and the second step is for the Board to begin a regular stock purchase practice in which they too become shareholders of their company.
This does not have to be us against them. There does not have to be an ever growing number of disgruntled shareholders. We know this is risky. We know there are many challenges ahead. We know the difficulty in dealing with the Leckrones. Why not join our team and understand how it feels to be a shareholder at PTSC?
Sincerely
