"but I hope they do stick to their promise of sending dividends to shareholders." when was this promised? It was "promised" at last year's SHAM, but one must take into account the person or people who made the "promise". A simple question for the next SHAM: Since the beginning of fiscal 2012/2013, how much money has been returned to shareholders and warrant holders in terms of dividends or similar payments? How does that amount compare to monies paid to officers and Board members of PTSC in terms of salaries, stock grants/options, reimbursed expenses etc?
