and company policys towards actions which foster a desirable Shareholder focused investment, and thereby Investor interest/Share support/demand, is behind us. Suggestions or actions at this point are too late. This board community as a whole has rejected them, and a smaller board community has rejected funding them.

Unfortunately, even with a win in the Courts, Shareholder's choice to not concertedly and more strongly exert their own self interests to the BOD will have ramifications going forward which I believe will become readily apparent during the window opportunities in selling those 410,000,000 shares.

Oh sure, with success in the Courts or the ITC the shares will rise from here
