Don't read my post as rapid fire. I'm getting to the point with an intelligent poster who can read between the lines and understands. The ITC Markman ruling was indeed rendered. I hate to say this but this isabout the fifthtime this topic has been discussed on this messageboard. Secondly, I'm hoping the 9 out of 10 claims was for the ITC Markman, but I could see how it is from the NDoC venue. Maybe someone can clarify. Interesting times as the proverb goes ...
