I've known that the ITC Markman ruling has been determined for days. It's been discussed adfinitum on this board already. My earlier post assumed readers on this board already knew this and were just waiting for the decision to be publicly announced for all to see as I mentioned in my earlier post.

I am unaware there are 10 claims in the ITC Markman and that the ITC Claims are the same as the NDoC 10 claims....virt
