if the game is not rigged, there is huge money at stake

If there is huge money at stake the game might be rigged. I'm not a supporter of this administrations view of what a level playing is or should be. However, no matter what a companies past was, big money could turn it into a very reputable company. I think big money is likely the difference between successful and shady companies. Our leadership has failed miserably venturing into business expansion. Maybe they have learned enough not to repeat their mistakes?
