well, this sounds promising, in case of....however,

not to forget, we are in most against "NON-US"

Samsung, Htc, Acer, Huawei, Zte, LG, Kyochera, Nintendo

and i do not think, that the " Economical Power Lobby" will heavily fight only for

Amazon, Barnes, Garmin.

Plus we do not yet know, what Qualcom and TI did say at the trial, so, if it was found, that they technically had to confirm infringement by the ITC12, it will be very difficult to change back their point of view for the future.
