Actually I just checked the specific gravity of Pentlandite and it is 4.6 to 5 so you can add a bit to that tonnage. With $600/ton rock (soon to increase it seems) were looking at $700 million insitu with your example so far. I usually use 1/10th of that figure for early stage valuation. But that doesn't account for Windfall or the nearly 40 million in cash.
